About Cedarwing
We are a Bainbridge Island based construction company with a focus on transparency, green building, attention to detail and positive client experiences. Our work includes new construction and remodels.
We work with a team of talented and thoughtful subcontractors, most of whom we have known for many years. Communication and trust between us, our clients and our subcontractors is our top priority and makes for successful projects.
Our team is composed of four partners – Cory Mohr, Erik Mortensen, Joel Swenson, and Noah Todras. This structure helps us meet our clients’ needs while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Cory operated a high end residential painting and restoration company for many years on Bainbridge Island before joining Cedarwing’s team. Throughout that time, he formed lasting relationships with many of the subcontractors we use today. He also brings an eye for detail that’s essential for the control of quality in our projects.
Erik’s expertise encompasses (but is not limited to) the planning, layout, and framing phases of our projects. This work is critical to the accurate and high quality finished product our clients expect from us.
Joel is an Island native and has worked in carpentry since his teenage years. His on-site project management and commitment to an exceptional work ethic set a clear example for the rest of our team.
Noah hails originally from Richmond, Virginia where he worked in furniture conservation before moving to Bainbridge Island to attend the Northwest School of Wooden Boatbuilding. After graduating, he held a position as assistant instructor at the school before setting off to found his own general contracting company specializing in cabinet making and high end finish work. He brings this experience to Cedarwing, helping with cabinet installation, custom woodwork, and project oversight.
